We owned a beautiful little rental property, that was turned into a garage toilet by a squatter tenant.😭. It seemed we had no way out. Sean bought it sight unseen, nothing at all was a problem.. He is also wonderful at giving thoughtful advice concerning bad bad tenants. I highly recommend him!!! …. and believe me I interviewed at least 4 other “ we buy houses” companies, who still won’t leave me alone.
